Beibei, a small dog left neglected and alone, had no access to clean water and relied on rain and morning dew for hydration. Her meals consisted of scraps and moldy leftovers, discarded nearby and surrounded by flies.
Her owner was often away for work and seldom took the time to check on her, leaving Beibei to slowly deteriorate without proper care.
When rescuers discovered Beibei, she weighed only two kilograms and appeared emaciated, with just skin and bones. The sight was heart-wrenching, but despite her dire condition, she responded with joy to human contact.

Although she had never met these individuals before, Beibei wagged her tail and eagerly approached them, desperate for the affection she had been missing.
Recognizing her plight, the rescuers requested to take her in, and the owner did not object. Beibei glanced back at her former home one last time, perhaps recalling the only life she knew before quietly following the rescuers to a new beginning.

At the veterinary hospital, Beibei received a thorough check-up and much-needed care. The nurses bathed her and even shaved off her matted fur.
Throughout this experience, Beibei maintained a gentle and calm demeanor, embracing the kindness that was so foreign to her.
Three months into her recovery, Beibei is starting to regain her strength. Her fur is growing back, and she has put on a healthy amount of weight. Most importantly, Beibei is finally experiencing what it means to be loved.
